5-Phase Airport Execution Methodology

Runway Extension Excavation & Polymer-Modified Asphalt Paving

Excavation and compaction of sub-base layers across 3,500 meters of runway line, laying polymer-modified asphalt concrete capable of withstanding 400-ton aircraft landing impact loads.

150,000 m² Terminal Space-Frame Steel Roof Assembly

Erection of 8,500 tons of structural steel space-frame roof trusses providing 60-meter clear column-free spans for passenger departure check-in halls and security screening zones.

High-Performance Glass Curtain Wall & Jet Bridge Installation

Installation of acoustic double-glazed glass curtain walls around the entire concourse, along with 16 dual-aperture telescopic glass passenger boarding bridges (jet bridges).

Baggage Handling System & CAT III Precision Lighting

Deployment of the 5.2 km automated baggage conveyor system with 3D EDS scanners, followed by the installation of 1,800 LED airfield ground lighting fixtures and runway touch-down sensors.
