Project Overview & Strategic Scope

Energy security is the foundation of economic stability. GY & Sons Holding maintains a vital, high-level strategic partnership with the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation (SPC)—the national oil company operating under the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals of Sudan—to ensure the continuous supply of critical refined petroleum products.

Under this sovereign agreement, GY & Sons manages the international sourcing, maritime logistics, and offshore delivery of D2 Low-Sulfur Diesel (Gasoil), Jet A1 aviation turbine fuel, and specialized fuel oils. Operating across volatile international markets, our trading desk provides reliable fuel security and flexible structured trade financing.

Cargoes are delivered via modern clean-product maritime tankers to deepwater berths at Port Sudan, where fuel is pumped into coastal strategic storage tank farms and transported via pipelines and dedicated rail/road tanker networks to feed thermal power stations, municipal utilities, and agricultural machinery across Sudan.

Key Facilities & Operational Systems

Maritime Tanker Fleet Management

Sourcing from top-tier refineries and chartering MR/LR1 tankers adhering to strict OCIMF / SIRE vetting standards.

Port Sudan Marine Discharge

Offshore single-point mooring (SPM) and jetty discharge manifolds connecting to high-capacity terminal pipelines.

Refined Fuel Quality Testing

Independent international inspection (SGS/Intertek) verifying cetane index, flash point, sulfur content, and viscosity.

Inland Fuel Corridor Distribution

Coordinated dispatch via block fuel trains and heavy tanker fleets supplying national power plants and farming zones.
